  • We currently ship across India to all major cities and regions.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, as specified on our website.
  • Any additional taxes, duties, or surcharges applicable in your region are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery times vary based on location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 7-15 business days.

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or carrier delays.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

6. Delivery Process

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
  • Please ensure that your address details are accurate to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave a notice for pickup.

7. Undelivered or Lost Packages

In case of an undelivered or lost package:

  • We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing:

  • Report the issue to us within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging to facilitate quick resolution.

9. Change of Shipping Address

  • Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
  • Once the order is shipped, address changes cannot be made.
